In the morning I went to the mulberry to take part in a dance display with my friends Kevin and Dave. It started at ten oclock. I was very excited. in the evening I went to the race course to see the olympic torch arrive. My favourite part was the bit where the man carried the torch on the horse, the flame was very big. We all waved as the flame went past. I saw the olympic colours. Afterwards I went for something to eat in Chester.

Princes trust @ canal street

The Princes Trust have transformed our previously unusable garage into a new arts and crafts area.

The young volunteers worked hard to brighten up the space and make it accesible for service users.

They also took the opportunity to get to know the service users, as they organised a trip out together to the bowling alley.

Jan H said " I liked the young people from the princes trust coming to take us out, as we all had a good time together"
